bob is a rock band based in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Influenced by virtually all genres of music, bobs sound is familiar yet refreshingly different. Since the formation of the band in 2004, bob has developed a reputation for producing music that resonates in your head and leaves you wanting more. Combining undeniably moving phonics with a stage show that is unsurpassed, bob is a band you have to see live to fully experience. bob will blow you away each and every time they perform.

A professional approach to playing music has enabled the band to grow into a well-respected entity within the D.C. metro music scene. From the time guitarist Adam Smith, front man Matt Santoro and bassist Carl Schmieg decided to make their dream a reality, bob has maintained a strong work ethic and a conviction to keep pushing forward. With the recent addition of musician Drew Recny on percussion, bob continues to build and develop its own unique sound.
