CISTA is composed of four SCINTILLA JURIS brothers from the University of the Philippines. They are Edcel Trazo (vocals / guitar), Edwin Trazo (lead guitar), Ronald Pecson (bass), and Bryan Coballes (drums / k-hon). The name CISTA is a Cebuano term, which means "guitar".
