Frantic Clam formed in a quiet suburb of Baghdad in late 2007. Upon relocating to the Austin, Texas in 2008, they released two well received EPs by the national press and local blogosphere. They have been featured by national media outlets and radio programs including Performing Songwriter magazine, CDBaby.com Editor's Pick, KALX Berkeley's "The Next Big Thing" and on American Apparel's Viva Radio station.
For the past two years, Frantic Clam has showcased and performed around Texas at various music festivals, regional shows, and college events. They're anticipated third album, Lolita, is scheduled for release in Spring 2010.
